He's a life guard and Sams big brother. He's got a creepy thing for Pelipper.
Sams older brother. He's far more enthusiastic then Sam, but less insane then his daddy. He enjoy getting tattoos now cause of all his dad's but Pelly don't like them and beats him every time he gets a new one. He married Pelly cause she reminds him of his mommy and brother, he's yet to see how awkward that sounds. Him and Sam get along well but sometimes get into stupid sibling fights. He's embarrassed that his little brother can pwn him.
Hes developed a slight fear of Pelipper. His scary mommy is one, his scary brother is one, and his scary wife is one. All of which hit for some reason or another.
Pelly thinks that well adjusted people don't get tattoos. Otto argues that his daddy has loads of them. Pelly points out that he proves her point.
Having Sam, Pelly, and Penny all in the same room makes Otto feel SO uncomfortable. He's afraid tovtake a side and they're expecting him to, so all three of them end up staring at him with those creepy slitted eyes. Sam hopes that once Otto stops being such a dumb shit and realizes how creepy it is he married a girl that reminds him of Sam and his mommy... they'll get a divorce.
Otto was kinda devastated that Skipper turned out to be a Wingull and not a Buizel. Now hes gonna have to deal with another scary Pelipper OHNOES!

The much less violent, older brother of Sam. Hes married to a Pelipper and has a young son named Skipper. He takes more after his daddy and is much more enthusiastic then Sam but a lot less crazy then his daddy. He usually gets sucked into buying Sam insane amounts of ice cream but enjoys spending time with his baby brother and will gladly drop just about anything to do so, his wife doesn't appreciate it. Sam thinks its creepy his big bro married a Pelipper that bears a resemblance to himself and his mom, Otto still doesnt get why.
He loves being a daddy and an older brother, loves to get tattoos and loves to eat ice cream (its probably genetic.) He's scared of Pelipper, and is also surrounded by them. His biggest fear is that, when his son evolves, he'll be JUST as scary as his Mommy, brother and wife.
